ECS & Associates, Inc. is committed to providing temporary housing while helping individuals transition from homelessness to permanency housing. The ECS Youth Homelessness Prevention Center will serve homeless youth 14 - 17 and 18+ who reside in Los Angeles County.

Mentorship Program
ESC Under Our Wings (designed for females) & Under Our Armor (designed for males) Mentorships are group relationships that one or more adult coaches develop with one or more youth or young adult to help them develop independent social skills with biblical backing and live self-sufficient. ECS Mentoring is a structured and trusting inter-dependent relationship that brings youth and young adults together with caring individuals who offer guidance, support, and encouragement.

The Purpose of SOAR Project is to keep kids safe, provide awareness with vaccination options and create educational opportunities to prevent the risk of acquiring COVID-19 and other infectious diseases
SOAR Project Objectives

Conveying the importance of children receiving boosters - protecting themselves from getting seriously ill or dying from COVID-19.

Seek targeted communities, in order to gain an effective impact on the growing community concerns of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

Create community awareness of resources, skill-based training, educational opportunity and develop empowerment

Aid community consumers to take flight, take control over life circumstances such as health issues and wellness – preventing barriers which may hider their anility to become self-sufficient, to SOAR and THRIVE!
