We are in the developmental stages of ECS Youth Homelessness Prevention Center (YHPC) program - designed to meet the overwhelming effects of youth homelessness throughout = the County of Los Angeles.

ECS & Associates, Inc. is committed to providing temporary housing while helping individuals transition from homelessness to  permanency housing.  The ECS Youth Homelessness Prevention Center will serve homeless youth 14 - 17 and 18+ who reside in Los Angeles County
